These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MySquad’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including when you use Google sign-in. It is incorporated by reference.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and in any event at least 13 years old) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may register with an email and password or with Google OAuth. When you use Google sign-in, you also agree to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies for use of Google’s authentication services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

You may submit content such as hub names, descriptions, messages, and configuration (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute User Content solely to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
The Service may integrate or interoperate with third parties (for example, Google for sign-in, blockchain networks, or optional AI or analytics providers you configure). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
The Service may be offered on a preview or beta basis. Features may change or be discontinued. We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MySquad and its operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts located in Hawaii have personal jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
